MARS RETROGRADE IN GEMINI IN 2022 – 2023

Unless you’ve been hiding under a cosmic rock, you’ll know by now that Mars is in retrograde through Gemini, the sign that rules how you think, communicate and process information.

Mars, the planet of drive, motivation, energy and kick-ass confidence, has been travelling backwards through Gemini since October 31.

Gemini is a cerebral zodiac sign that lives in its head, so when the Twins are challenged by Mars retrograde, you can feel mentally fatigued, and the brain fog may be overwhelming.

This Mars retrograde in 2022 and 2023 could also spark a hostile move or combative conversation that comes without warning. So, if you feel yourself at boiling point and about to give someone a verbal lashing, count to ten before you blurt out something you’ll regret later.

Because Mars never stops to catch its breath, you might suffer from burnout with the action-packed planet in retrograde when carving out time for contemplation and inspiration seems simply impossible.

So, what should you do to revitalise your physical energy and pull yourself out of a mental slump?

A great Mars retrograde fix is to practice earthing. Grounding your energy corrects the imbalance of all that Gemini energy that Mars retrograde has whipped up into a whirlwind! Gemini is an air sign, after all.

And earthing is quick and easy.

Just kick off your shoes and walk on the grass or the sand – or try a spot of gardening. It won’t stop Mars from moving backwards, but it will help you feel more grounded, focused and centred until the red planet ditches its retrograde on January 13, 2023.

Which zodiac signs are most affected by this Mars retrograde in 2022 and 2023? That’s Gemini, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Pisces. And Aries and Scorpio rising signs too.
